We acquired a site which is a minute’s walk away from Charlton train station, a beautiful red-brick Victorian building dating from 1885. The temptation to maximize square footage was obliterated by one thought, which was that at end of a long working day, everyone wants a sanctuary.
Each of our 8 rooms are en-suites, large enough to accommodate a queen sized bed with enough room to walk around the bed, a desk and a chair and a built in cupboard. Our shared kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances, including washer and drier.
To ensure that our building is tech friendly, all bedroom are fitted with Klevio locks which are operable from your smartphone. Rooms can be looked at and booked from platforms like Badi, an app based room rental platform. All common spaces are fitted with cameras to offer maximum security.
Finally, our NIBE air source heat pumps provide hot water all year round and keep you warm by utilizing energy from outdoor air, thereby reducing your carbon footprint.
