If you meet the move-in criteria and we think you are a good fit, you will be invited for a viewing.
If you want to proceed with booking a room, let us know and we will perform standard reference checks such as ID check, credit check, CCJs.
Once you pass the reference check, we can proceed with the room booking. We may ask for a small upfront payment to do so and this amount will be taken off your total deposit or first month’s rent. Rest assured that you will be sharing facilities with likeminded flatmates vetted by us.
Next step is to pay the full deposit (and first month’s rent) before you can receive the keys.
And that’s it, you are ready to move in!
